The AV001 is used to lock the coupling head handle of an Erde trailer to a vehicle’s tow-ball to prevent theft. It can also be used when the trailer is not attached to the car, to make the handle inoperatable.

It is compatible with all Erde box trailers and Erde motor bike trailers and most pressed steel trailers.
